Meditation comes in all forms. It is possibly one of the oldest traditions around the world when it comes to connecting between the deep inner part of ourselves and the universe. Amongst the many types are mindfulness, focused, spiritual, mantras, movement, loving kindness and many more.
During healing sessions, I start out with a guided meditation, written by me. It may be a visualization, a breath exercise, a guided story, or simple instruction to lead your healing time.
I also offer a monthly guided meditation recording on my Patreon for certain tier level members. Each meditation is inspired by the Zodiacal current season.
For the past 2 decades, I have practiced meditation in my own life. I also have taken courses in meditation and about it’s origins and types. I hope others may find as much comfort and focus as it has for me over the years.
